kala jadhoo.....of toxic herbs

Black magic.... kala jadhoo is a silent weapons capable of destroying  a persons life mysteriously, secretly and without violence.  The plant originated weapons or  called idu marundhu or kaivisham were commonly used by relatives and known persons to show their enmity.  The Botanical weapons are  the part of the toxic and poisonous plants or may be the toxic constituents of plants.

In India, there are so many cases were available where some people create physical and mental problems to there direct or indirect enemies by mixing the extracts of toxic plants in food material or contact of the irritating toxic parts of the plants to victim’s body.

This is commonly known as visha bhojanam...kaivisham....or kalajadhoo.  In tamil it is known as idu marunthu.

Poisonous plants are those biological weapons which cause serious mind and health  problems or even up to mysterious death.

These weapons are first choice of professional poisoners so called mandhreegar  in toxi-crime because they are easily available all over the Nation. There are more than 4000 species of medicinal plants growing as herbs, shrubs, and trees in India, many of which are poisonous when administered in large doses. Many of which are directly poisons if they consumed a little portion also.

But in mandreegam or black magic they use to mix large quantity of  plant extracts and make it more concentrated so by consuming a small quantity a person will face more serious health problems.

They have played so large a part, in romance  family issues, business problems  as well as in local politics, that the subject is one which claims the attention of even student of human nature. Through this article I  have studied some toxic and poisonous plants of India which affects human body and mind. which are generally used in the name of kai visham and vasiyam.

To change one's mind, to keep a person in control, to create affection or aversion, to take revenge,to demoralize or to destroy people use this indirect secret weapon.  the characters of an ideal homicidal/suicidal poison should be  cheap easily available,  colour less, odorless and tasteless, capable of being administered, either in food, drink or medicine, without producing any obvious change to prevent suspicion

Poisoned  plant weapons were used in ancient India, and war tactics in ancient India have references to plant poison. A verse in Sanskrit reads “Jalam visravayet sarmavamavisravyam ca dusayet,” which translates to “Waters of wells were to be mixed with poison and thus polluted.”Chanakya (c. 350–283 BC), also known as Kautilya, was adviser and prime minister to the first Maurya Emperor Chandragupta (c. 340–293 BC). Kautilya suggested employing means such as seduction, secret use of weapons, and poison for political gain  Susruta Samhita has described several modes of plant poisoning in ancient India.

He has explained how the poisons are mixed with regular food and drink Therefore, it may be concluded that these practices were in vogue in his time.

The toxic principles belong to alkaloids, glycosides, toxalbumins, resind, cannabinoides and polypeptides affects human mind and body  as poison can be easily obtained and many poisonous plants grow wild, eg.datura, oleanders, aconite, nux vomica, etc.

Apart from  incidence of accidental  poisoning in India deliberately giving plant poisons to their enemies, family and professional rivals is more common among the highest in the world, and it is estimated that more than 50,000 people affected every year from toxic exposure

The causes of poisoning are many - civilian and industrial, accidental and deliberate.

.
These plant toxins are highly toxic a small amount of toxin can create huge difference in mental and physical condition. And also  signs and symptoms should resemble a natural disease, or the serious ill effects should be delayed sufficiently long for the accused to escape suspicion, must be rapidly destroyed or made undetectable in the body.

Normally some of indian mandreegas are using  more than 150 poisonous plant species to make kaivisham and vasiya marunthu. The poisonous parts of the majority of plants species were seeds, latex and root or root bark. Besides these poisonous parts of some plants were fruits, stem bark, tubers or bulbs and sometimes whole plant also.

There are  plants like Cerbera odollum, Cleistanthus collinus, Strychnos nux –vomica, Abrus precatorius, Colchicum autumnale, and Datura metel are very toxic plants and used for homicidal and suicidal purposes.

Almost no other plant has such a history of crime as datura and the seeds are favorite poisons used for this purpose. Colchicum autumnale poisoning has been compared with arsenic poisoning.

Those plants which are allergens or less poisonous, are used to divert the concentration of a person or make him to non moving status in burglary purpose also.

There is NO connection of spiritualism divinity or  mysterious power in this event. This is purely an attempt of slow poisoning by using plant poisons

If a person is affected by plant poisons clinical examinations or laboratory tests cannot find the reasons for his mental and physical disorders. The test results will be normal, the clinical examinations will give positive result but the illness or health issues will continue. In most of the cases physicians and doctors are not able to identify the cause for the illness.

to be contd . . . . .
